Changing the Law
Submit your petition on line to help us change the law!
I agree that the law needs to be changed. I ask the government to take action enforcing greater accountability by legal firms to their customers in the framework of divorce.
The divorce process should be simplified and measures should be taken to eliminate or simplify litigation.
The interests of consumers should take priority over those of legal practitioners.
The powers of solicitors should be regulated by a truly independent body and all complaints should be handled by a public authority.
