  4. If grounds for divorce are accepted by the respondent*, petitioner requests court directions and signs affidavit

  5. Court gives approval, agrees arrangements for children and sets date for decree nisi

  6. Decree nisi pronounced by court, costs division decided

  7. Petitioner can be apply for decree absolute 6 weeks and one day after decree nisi.
